These terms are an agreement between you and Apps (“we”, “us”), which runs EDAS. By creating an account or using EDAS, you agree to them. If you use EDAS for a business, you agree on that business’s behalf.
What EDAS is
EDAS is software for marketplace sellers. It reads the reports you import from your Meesho supplier account and shows your profit, payments, orders, returns and tickets. EDAS is not made by, linked to or approved by Meesho.
Your account
- Give us correct details when you sign up. We review every sign-up and may decline one without giving a reason.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your login and your workspace.
- Only invite people you trust to your workspace, and remove them when they no longer need access.
- Only import files from marketplace accounts you own or are allowed to manage.
Plans and payment
- Each marketplace account in your workspace has a plan, paid monthly or yearly in advance. Current prices are on the pricing page and include GST.
- You pay by UPI and give us the transaction number. Your plan becomes active once we confirm the payment.
- If a plan is not renewed, the account it covers may be locked until it is. Your data is kept.
- We may change prices. A change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it does.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your data
The data you import and enter stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run EDAS for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to give us that data, including your customers’ details in your marketplace reports.
Fair use
Do not use EDAS to break the law, to try to reach other people’s data, to overload or attack the service, or to copy or resell EDAS.
Figures and advice
EDAS works its figures out from the files you import and the costs you enter. If a file is missing or wrong, the figures will be too. Check important figures against Meesho before you act on them. EDAS does not give tax, legal or accounting advice, and does not guarantee that a ticket you raise with Meesho will be paid.
Availability
We work to keep EDAS running and your data backed up, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features over time.
Limit of our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Ending your account
You can stop using EDAS at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where we can, we will warn you first.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Rajkot.
