EDAS (“we”, “us”) is run by Apps, 401, Harikrusna Arcade, 150 Feet Ring Rd, nr. Astha Gate, Madhav Park, Punit Nagar, Mavdi, Rajkot, Gujarat 360004, India. This policy explains what we collect when you use the EDAS website (edaspanel.com), the EDAS app (app.edaspanel.com), the Android app and the “Send to EDAS” Chrome extension, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and business name. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash; nobody at EDAS can read it.
- The files you import: Meesho payment files, order exports, return tracking, claims exports and shipping labels, and everything in them. Some of these, such as shipping labels, include your customers’ names and addresses.
- What you enter: product costs, SKU matches, tickets, return check-ins, notes and settings.
- Payments: the plan you choose, amounts, dates and the UPI transaction number you give us. We never receive your bank account, card or UPI PIN.
- Sign-in and security: when you sign in and last used EDAS, your IP address, and your browser or device type, so you and we can see which devices are signed in and stop misuse.
How we use it
- To run EDAS for you: work out your figures, show your orders, returns and tickets, and keep your data in your workspace.
- To answer your questions and fix problems.
- To manage your plan and payments.
- To send you messages about your account — approval, payments, renewals and important changes — by email or WhatsApp.
- To keep EDAS secure.
We do not sell your data, rent it, or use it for advertising. We do not use your customers’ details for anything except showing them to you inside your own workspace.
Who can see your data
- Your team: people you invite to your workspace see its data, as far as their role allows.
- Our support team: to help you or fix a problem, our team can open your workspace to see what you see. This view is read-only.
- Service providers: our hosting provider (Hostinger) stores the data on our behalf, and an email provider delivers our emails. They may use it only to provide that service to us.
- The law: we will share data if Indian law, a court or a government authority requires it.
The Chrome extension
“Send to EDAS” only acts on reports you download from the Meesho Supplier Panel (supplier.meesho.com). It sends those files to your EDAS import inbox and nothing else. It does not read other websites, your browsing history or your Meesho password.
Cookies
The app uses one cookie to keep you signed in. Without it, you would have to sign in on every page. The website does not use cookies of its own.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your login and your workspace’s data permanently within 30 days. Payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. See how to delete your account.
Keeping it safe
All traffic to EDAS is encrypted with HTTPS. Each workspace’s data is kept apart from every other workspace’s, and access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data and will tell you if a breach affects it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to us at support@edaspanel.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
