What is an OMS for Meesho sellers?
An OMS, or order management system, puts all your orders in one place with what happened to each. For a Meesho seller that means every order across all your accounts, its journey from placed to delivered, returned or RTO, and the money on it: what Meesho paid, what it deducted, and the profit left.
Is EDAS an OMS for Meesho?
Yes, in the way Meesho sellers use the word: EDAS shows all your Meesho orders, returns, payments and profit in one place, across all your accounts. You still accept, pack and ship orders in the Meesho Supplier Panel.
Can I manage multiple Meesho accounts in one place?
Yes. Every Meesho account sits in the same workspace, so you see all their orders together or one account at a time. Each account has its own plan, and you pay for all of them in one bill.
Does EDAS print Meesho shipping labels or manage stock?
No. You print labels and manifests, and keep your stock up to date, in the Meesho Supplier Panel. EDAS reads your shipping labels to match return parcels to their orders, but it doesn’t print them.
How does EDAS get my Meesho orders?
From the order exports you download from the Meesho Supplier Panel. Drop them into EDAS, or install the Chrome extension and they’re sent to EDAS as you download them. Your orders update each time you bring in a new export.
How do I check a Meesho order’s status and payment?
Search EDAS by order number, SKU or product name, and open the order. You’ll see its journey from placed to delivered, returned or RTO, beside its charges, its payment and the profit on it.
Can my team use EDAS?
Yes. Invite people with their own login as an owner, a member who does the daily work, or a viewer who can only look. Saved views are shared, so everyone works from the same lists.
