How do I calculate profit and loss on Meesho?
Take what Meesho actually settles for each order, after its fees, shipping, return charges, penalties and ads, and subtract your own product cost. EDAS does this for every order from your payment files, so it works as a Meesho profit and loss calculator that never needs a spreadsheet. Try the free Meesho profit calculator.
Why is my Meesho payout less than my sales?
Because Meesho takes delivery charges, return shipping fees on customer returns and exchanges, penalties and ad spend out before paying you, reverses the sale on returned and RTO orders, and holds back TDS and TCS. EDAS lists every deduction order by order and shows a bridge from sales to payout, so the amount in your bank adds up.
Is EDAS a Meesho hisab software?
Yes. EDAS keeps the hisab of your Meesho business: every order’s sale, what Meesho deducted, your cost, the profit left, and the payments still on their way. It isn’t GST filing or bookkeeping software, so keep using your CA or accounting app for those. More on Meesho hisab software.
What is Meesho payment reconciliation, and does EDAS do it?
Payment reconciliation means matching every payment Meesho settles against your orders, so you know which were paid in full, which were paid less and which weren’t paid yet. EDAS does it on every import, and lists delivered orders that still have no payment. More on Meesho payment reconciliation.
Is EDAS a Meesho profit calculator for pricing a new product?
EDAS works out the profit you actually made, from Meesho’s own payment files, so it counts the returns, RTO and penalties a pricing calculator can’t know in advance. Use it to see which products really earn, then price the next one with real margins.
Can I see the profit on each product?
Yes. Enter each product’s cost once and match your Meesho SKUs to it, and EDAS shows profit and margin per order, per product and per brand. A product without a cost is flagged rather than counted, so a missing cost never makes a margin look better than it is.
Is EDAS an OMS (order management system) for Meesho?
Yes, in the way Meesho sellers use the word: EDAS shows all your Meesho orders, returns, payments and profit in one place, across all your accounts. You still accept, pack and ship orders in the Meesho Supplier Panel; EDAS doesn’t print labels or manage stock. More on EDAS as a Meesho OMS.
How do I track Meesho returns that never came back?
Scan each return parcel as it arrives, with your phone camera or a USB barcode scanner. EDAS matches it to its order and keeps a list of returns that were marked delivered to you but never arrived, ready to claim.
Can EDAS help with Meesho return and RTO claims?
Yes. EDAS lists the returns and RTO parcels that never reached you, and other orders Meesho may owe you for, each with the order, the amount and the evidence, so you can raise the claim in the Supplier Panel. How does EDAS find money Meesho owes me?
Each time you import files, EDAS checks every order for lost returns, delivery charges above usual, fees above usual, delivered orders that were never paid, and return charges on orders that weren’t returned. Each one becomes a ticket to raise, with the amount and the evidence.
Do I need to give EDAS my Meesho password?
No. EDAS never asks for your Meesho login. It works from the reports you download from the Meesho Supplier Panel yourself.
How do I start using EDAS?
Create an account with your business details; we check it and switch it on. Then add your Meesho accounts and drop in the payment and order files you download from the Supplier Panel, and your profit shows straight away. Create your account.
Which Meesho reports does EDAS read?
Payment files, order exports, return tracking, the claims export and shipping labels. You don’t need all of them on day one: start with your payment and order files.
Can I add more than one Meesho account?
Yes. Every account sits in the same workspace, each with its own plan, and you pay for all of them in one bill on one renewal date.
Can my team use EDAS?
Yes. Invite people with their own login as an owner, a member who can do the daily work, or a viewer who can only look.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, there’s an Android app, and EDAS works in any phone browser too. The returns desk can scan parcels with the phone’s camera, and the Chrome extension sends reports from the Supplier Panel to EDAS as you download them.
How much does EDAS cost?

Is my Meesho data safe with EDAS?
Yes. Every page and upload goes over HTTPS, your workspace is kept apart from every other seller’s, and your data is never sold or used for advertising. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Privacy Policy.

Not yet. EDAS is built for Meesho today; Flipkart and Amazon are planned.
